i have a Cuisinart Ice-20 electric ice cream maker and would fervour a good banana ice cream recipe.

BANANA ICE CREAM

2 c. compact whipping cream (1 Pint)
1 cup whole milk
1 inch split vanilla bean (elective)
2 eggs (whole)
1 c. sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 peeled bananas (medium)
